It’s growing season again. Here, we have sowed 75 lbs. of potatoes. Red, yellow, and russet. First, we cut seed potatoes into several pieces with an eye on each. Then, we dropped them in, 4 to 6 inches apart and covered them.
DESCRIPTION
Here in the Western Appalachian Mountains we have plowed and planted our yard. We have about an acre of various veggies and herbs. Our goal is to continue the tradition of organic farming and use biodynamic techniques to increase our yield and cut down on maintenance.
